My introduction <3


Hey! My name is Poppy and I am 20 years old and this is my blog Life Luminance: my early 20s adventure. I have decided that my love for writing will manifest itself through my blog. I feel like a blog is something that was popular in like 2010. My first time finding out what a blog was, was when I started watching Zoella. She talked about her blog and it made me interested in blogging. Now 10 years later here we are!

My planned subjects so far are: the trials and tribulations of my early 20s, fashion, friends (alone or lonely), capitalism, food, celebrities and influencer, society and music! But I am open to other topics too. Whatever comes naturally to me is what i ideally want to blog about. 


I'm not sure how often I will blog but here's my debut. It's short, but it's a start! I'm so excited!

  My friends are all leaving...  The time has come. As we have established by now; I am in my early twenties. I'm at the point in my life where my friends are moving away and it is SCARY! Some go traveling, some go live in another country and some go elsewhere. It's hard and I feel selfish but it's inevitable.  I have friends that I still speak to from when I was 10 years old. In 2020 when I was 16 I started attending a higher level of education school which is very common where I'm from. After 3 years you graduate from this school. So for 3 years, I made even more friends. I saw friends come and go. Most for the better, some for the worse. But ultimately I graduated in 2023 with many great friends that are my closest friends today.  During school, it was easy to talk to each other.
